PAYMENT

We accept payment by Paypal, Paynow/ PayLah/ PayAnyone, and major credit/debit cards only. 

 

For payments via PayPal and credit/ debit cards, payment has to be made instantly. For payments made via PayPal, please ensure that you reach the PayPal payment gateway page via Reborn’s website in order for your payment to be received and updated successfully in our system.

 

For payments via PayLah/ PayAnyone, please make payment within 24 hours of submitting an online order. The order is only confirmed after we receive a screenshot of the payment transaction sent to hello@mothersreborn.co.  We are unable to reserve the items for you if payment is not received within 24 hours. 

 
 

SHIPPING

Regular delivery within Singapore

We believe in taking care of mothers, and that includes Mother Earth! We use minimal packaging and sustainable options where necessary. 

 

Door-to-door delivery is available within Singapore at a flat rate of $5. Your order should reach you within 3-5 business days upon confirmation of your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at hello@mothersreborn.co.

If you require same or next day shipping for your order, please email us (hello@mothersreborn.co) before placing your order. We will do our best to meet your request.

Once your order has been placed, we may not be able to make any changes to the delivery address. 

If no one is around to receive the package, the package will be returned to us, and additional charges may be applied to attempt another delivery.

RETURNS
 

All sales are final, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. 

 

In the rare event that you receive a defective item (i.e. broken or damaged product), reach out to us at hello@mothersreborn.co within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please include your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the item/s. Your request will then be reviewed by our team on a case-by-case basis. 

  • If your item/s are found to be defective due to our mistake, we will arrange for a one-for-one exchange of the item, including door-to-door courier. We will also reimburse you for your return postage, if the item was sent back to us. If we are unable to exchange the item/s, we will facilitate a refund for your item/s in the form of store vouchers.

  • If the item/s are found, within reasonable opinion, to be not defective, or defective due to wear and tear and/or misuse, we will be unable to accept the return, and will arrange for the item/s to be sent back to you. In this case, we are unable to bear the cost of any postage.

 

We appreciate your kind understanding that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

DISCOUNT & OFFER VOUCHERS

All discount/offer codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs and are subject to our general Terms and Conditions. 

The discount/offer code must be entered into the Voucher Code field on the basket page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order. No refunds will be made for orders where discount/offer codes are not entered at the point of purchase.

 

Unless stated, discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order.  

 

Discount/offer codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be indicated in the channel of distribution. 

 

Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.

 

Items already reduced in price on the products page at the time of purchase are also excluded from voucher offers, unless otherwise indicated.

 

Offers can be amended or withdrawn at any time.

Orders placed using discounts are not applicable for exchange and returns, unless otherwise indicated.

 

STORAGE

Please store skincare products in a cool, dry place before use and for the best experience, please enjoy them within 6 months of purchase.

We like to advise caution and a patch test on your wrist before trying out new skin products. All our ingredients are listed in the description page of each skin product but if however, you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
